Old, damaged or black-and-white photos
All welcome. Our artists restore scratches, fading and low resolution by hand and can colorize a black-and-white photo if you wish. If a photo is too small to print well at the size you chose, we tell you before printing, never after.
Production and shipping times
Your artist proof arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it, printing and framing take 5–7 business days. Delivery inside the United States takes 3–8 business days, with tracking by email. Portraits ship flat in a rigid, corner-protected box.
Your free memorial page
Every portrait includes a private page online with room for 30 photos, their life story and messages from family, free for life. About 15 minutes after you order you receive a link to set it up, so relatives can add photos before the portrait arrives. The small code on the print opens it. An optional Lifetime Legacy upgrade ($49, once) adds a custom address, 1TB of storage, anniversary reminders and a $100 reprint guarantee. How the memorial page works
Guarantee and cancellations
Cancel any time before you approve the proof for a full refund. Two rounds of changes are included. If a portrait arrives damaged or with a print defect, send a photo within 30 days and we replace it at no cost. Read the refund policy
