Refunds and replacements

Every Everlive portrait is made to order from your photos, so we work a little differently from a store that sells stock items.

Before you approve the proof

You may cancel at any time before approving your artist proof, for a full refund. Nothing is printed until you approve.

Revisions

Two rounds of changes to the proof are included with every order. Further rounds may be quoted separately.

After approval

Once you approve the proof, your portrait is printed and framed and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded for reasons of taste, since the artwork you approved is what we print.

Damaged, defective or wrong

If your portrait arrives damaged, with a print defect, or differs from the proof you approved, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint and reship it at no cost.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

Customers on the Lifetime Legacy plan may reprint the same approved artwork at any time, in any available size, for a flat $100. Changes to the artwork are treated as a new order.
