Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Everlive website and your purchase of personalized memorial portraits and related digital services.

Your photos and content

By uploading photos, names, dates and text, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that you have the consent of any living people shown. You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Everlive a limited licence to use that material solely to create your portrait, your proof and your memorial page, and to keep them available to you.

We do not use customer photos or memorial pages in advertising, and we do not share them with anyone outside the artists and service providers working on your order. Photos uploaded but not ordered are deleted after 30 days.

Restoration and artistic work

Portraits are finished by artists using both hand work and software tools, including AI-assisted restoration. The result is a work of art based on your photos, not a photograph. You approve a proof before anything is printed; the approved proof is the agreed artwork.

The memorial page

Each portrait includes a free memorial page. You are responsible for the content you and your invited family members add to it, and you may remove contributions at any time. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive. You can export the page at any time, we email an annual archive, and if Everlive ceases operating we will give at least twelve months' notice and a full download.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. Production times and shipping are described in our Shipping Policy; refunds and replacements in our Refund Policy.
