Production and shipping

Where we ship: the United States. International shipping is not yet available for this collection.

Proof: your artist proof is emailed within 24 hours of ordering.

Production: printing and framing take 5–7 business days after you approve the proof.

Delivery: 3–8 business days within the US. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the portrait ships.

Packaging: portraits ship flat in a rigid, corner-protected box with a card explaining the memorial page for whoever opens it.

Timing: most orders arrive within two to three weeks of proof approval. If you need a portrait by a particular date, tell us in the order notes and we will let you know honestly whether it can be done.
