The photos
I only have one old, damaged photo. Is that enough?
Yes. Our artists restore scratches, fading and low resolution by hand. If a photo is genuinely too small to print at the size you chose, we tell you before you pay and suggest a size that will look right.
Can you add someone who has passed into a photo they were never in?
Yes — this is what most families come to us for. Send the photo of your loved one and the family photo you would like them in. The artist places them naturally, matching light and scale, and you approve the proof before anything is printed.
Can you colorize a black-and-white photo?
Yes, and we can also keep it black-and-white if that is what you love about it. Say so in the notes.
Who sees my photos?
Only the artists working on your order. We never use customer photos for advertising, and photos that are uploaded but not ordered are deleted after 30 days.
The portrait
What sizes are available?
This first collection is offered as a framed print in two sizes. Larger canvas editions are on the way; join the list in the footer to hear first.
How long does it take?
Preview in about a minute. Artist proof within 24 hours. Printing and framing 5–7 business days after approval. Delivery inside the United States 3–8 business days, with tracking.
What if I am not happy with the proof?
Ask for changes. Two rounds of revisions are included, and we do not print until you approve.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage within 30 days and we replace it at no cost.
The memorial page
Does the page cost anything?
No. Every portrait includes a page with room for 30 photos, a life story and family contributions, free for life. Lifetime Legacy ($49, once) is optional.
Can other people add to the page?
Yes — that is the point. Share the link, and each relative adds photos and memories under their own name. You stay in control of what is shown.
What if Everlive closes?
Export any time; a full archive emailed to you every year; and at least twelve months' notice with a complete download if we ever stop operating.
Ordering
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any point before you approve the proof, for a full refund. After approval the portrait goes to print and can no longer be cancelled.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. This first collection ships within the US only.
Anything else? Write to us — a person replies, usually within a day.
